It’s been run by Libby and Paul Flintoff since 1993, who had previously spent 6 years growing food organically in Yorkshire. After taking over the farm, Libby and Paul converted it to organic and today manage 15 polytunnels dedicated to growing fantastic organic veg with more growing space outside.

Libby and Paul have worked on many conservation projects at the site, including replanting trees and hedgerows and digging a pond to create new habitat for wildlife.

They grow a whole range of salad crops, cavolo nero, beetroot, spinach, courgettes, tomatoes, French beans, spinach, aubergines and peppers.
