Corn on the Cob with za’atar, garlic and lemon

Add a touch of middle eastern spice to a late summer classic, a great side for barbecues and burgers.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160℃.
- In a pestle and mortar, grind the garlic into a paste with a large pinch of salt.
- Add the zest of a lemon to the garlic paste with a small splash of oil and mix.
- Rub the mixture on cobs and rap them in foil ready to bake.
- Roast on a baking tray in the preheated oven for 30 mins.
- Unwrap the cobs and scrape any paste from the foil and put onto the cobs before serving.
